The group started its journey with its investment banking firm SM Investment Services with brand name “Sure Money” in year 2014. The firm has established its name in fund raising through equity, debt, structured debt for its corporate customers. The customers segment consists of NBFCs, real estate, manufacturing, trade & services.
The next company added was DeltaCoin Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. to cater to financial services in retail segment. The Company is engaged in tie ups with retail lenders, mutual funds, and insurance agencies. The Company works as a service provider for the customers and the companies.
DeltaCoin Nidhi Ltd was started to meet the requirement of retail shop owner, vendors, lower income group segment. The Company accepts deposits from members and lends to its member under the provisions of prevailing regulations. The core idea is to provide a saving channel for small income segment and pass the benefit of lending to such customers in form of better rates. The door to door collection provides ease to the members. The lending to the members is assessed on the basis of demand which is time bound and hassle free.

The Company was incorporated for meeting need of agency work for mutual funds, insurance, and other BC works for lenders/ funders. The agency has been proactively working for service work in retail segment.
